Valmiki Avasam, founded on 9th August 1992 in Jagtial town, is an initiative of “Seva Bharati,” the service wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Our mission is to provide free shelter, food, healthcare, and education to orphaned and underprivileged children, empowering them to become self-reliant, responsible citizens. Starting with just eight students in a rented building, we have grown into a well-established facility housing 60 students, thanks to the support of donors and well-wishers. Our students receive quality education at “Geetha Vidyalayam,” an institution affiliated with Sri Saraswathi Vidyapeeth, emphasizing moral values, discipline, and cultural heritage.

Valmiki Avasam is a social service initiative founded in 1992 by Seva Bharati (RSS) in Jagtial. It provides free shelter, nutritious food, healthcare, and education to orphaned, single-parent, and economically disadvantaged children, helping them grow into responsible, self-reliant citizens.
Students are admitted based on three criteria: orphaned status, single-parent households, or extreme poverty with a strong interest in education. Our goal is to support those who need it most and are eager to learn and grow.
Children study at Geetha Vidyalayam, an institution affiliated with Sri Saraswathi Vidyapeeth, where they receive a well-rounded education that blends academics, Indian culture, moral values, and discipline. Additional training includes games, patriotic activities, and life skills.
We empower women through free sewing and embroidery training, run skill-based computer courses for youth, and conduct tuition centers for marginalized children. These programs aim to build self-reliance and uplift entire communities.
